I asked Glenn to edit his post last night and he pretty much refused. Me in blue, him in red.

I don't think the reference was a hit on prostate cancer. I have pulled this weed all weekend long. You may want to edit your post. Just my two cent worth..........


I have the weeds in my stone driveway and even roundup has a hard time killing the @#$%^& thing !!! At least now I know what it is called.

No flower beds here fortunately. As far as my post goes, I feel strongly enough about the issue that I do not think editing is called for. :wsmile:

Probably so named because to remove you'll need to kneel and pull for a prolonged period rather than yank up.

I can see both sides.
I can understand Glenn's sensitivity especially in light of the timing to his personal issues. Can be hard to be neutral in some areas at times.
I don't THINK it was meant as anything other than a post with a twist.
The poster apologized and that ought to end it. I hope.

Perhaps someone might educate or remind kave2U we have moderators and how to bring something to their attention, instead of trying to deal with things their own way.
