18% been pretty common for awhile now, when I see 10% or so I'm like "Nice, discounted buyer premiums" but what you have to be careful of is the 18% buyer premium and the sales tax usually around 7%, so I always add 25% to my bid for my true costs. Some buyer premiums they will discount 3% if you pay by cash since they've built in the CC fees to the buyer premium.
