OMG, how can you build this so fast! I can't believe you already have the floors poured. Amazing! ....and might I add that it looks great!

That's the difference between Johnston County and Orange County. Permits/Inspections not that hard to get, and they are usually quick to come out and check at inspection stage, always able to get them out the next day when I've needed an inspector to check work.

Yea it's gonna start slowing down some now. Wiring and walls and all that fun stuff
