Howdy all. I've been turning for a bit more than a year. I enjoy learning from these forums. I am active on the AAW forums and The Patriot Woodworker.
I have a 5-acre piece of ground that has an incredible selection of trees: cherry, walnut, sassafras, mulberry, black locust, honey locust, persimmon, maple, hop-hornbeam, eastern red cedar, sugarberry (southern hackberry) and more.
I've included a few of my bowls. Cedar, walnut, sugarberry, and cherry.
