Looking for wall mount bottle opener

I need one for my barbeque table that I have almost completed. Anyone know where I can find one in the Raleigh area?

I am stumped on this one. I did a few searches at Northern Tool, Harbor Freight, but no luck. I would make a few calls to a few local hardware stores and see if they have one.
