Live edge cut offs

I’m doing some floating shelves for a couple of bathrooms. (2) at 24” wide and (2) at 36” wide. All looking to do them about 6”-8” deep. Does anyone know if there is somewhere in the Raleigh area that sells cut offs? Would like Walnut but could use something else.

what thickness?

Would like final thickness to be between 2”-3”
