Good looking mortiser on craigslist Asheville

Doing my regular tool scroll on Craigslist ( Asheville) and saw a year old General mortiser for $300 OBO. I've had one for 10 years and can't kill it and think I paid around $550 for mine--- seems like a good deal for anyone looking for a mortiser as they don't come up for sale that often.
