Glue injectors

I have tried many homemade glue injectors, nothing is satisfactory. I have tried thinning the glue with a little water, but I get more fails than successes. Searched the web and there are to many to decide. Are they basically all the same or can someone suggest a reliable product?

I use large animal hypodermic needles from the farm supply.

These have worked well for me.

Have used these needles for applying grease to sealed bearings until I can get a new one.
