Featured Gallery images disabled

I've temporarily disabled the Featured Gallery images. For some reason, they were really dragging down the system. Performance appears to be much better now.

The Photo Gallery still works as normal, it just won't put the random pictures on the various forum pages. Hopefully, we'll be able to put this back before you miss it!

It's probably a combination of Photopost's and my fault. I remember that I thought it was piece of crud when I first saw it. And then I modified it for some reasons I don't remember. But I do remember that my code wasn't any better
