I'm probably blind ... but when is the last day to buy tickets?


Fall 2009 Raffle Rules
(Closes Nov 16 – Drawing Nov 20)
$5 per Ticket – Funds for Non-Profit Activities
1. The Raffle includes 10 Lots as shown on the announcement. Each ticket is $5, but any number of
additional tickets may be purchased. The Raffle opens on October 19 and closes at 6:00 PM on
November 16, 2009.
2. The Mail-in Form (http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=245) may be used
for ticket purchases or they may be purchased on NCWoodworker.net website. If purchased online, a
Raffle Link will take you to PayPal. Please remember that you don't have to use or even have a
PayPal account. You may use a credit card or even write an electronic check.
3. Tickets may be purchased by anyone, including persons not registered on the website, except as
noted below in Item 13.
4. Please be certain to include your name, address, email address and Area Code/phone number in your
contact info. North Carolina Woodworker, Inc. shall not be responsible for illegible, incorrect or
incomplete information.
5. Please be certain to include your NCWoodworker.net UserName when asked, if applicable.
6. Online entries will get an online receipt from PayPal. Please keep the Transaction ID or order number.
Printing the entire receipt would be a good idea. Mail-in Entrants will receive a receipt via email.
7. The Raffle will close at 6:00 PM 11/16/2009.
8. Prior to the drawing, all entrants will receive via the email address they provide, their transaction id
and a list of raffle ticket numbers, one number per ticket. None of the entry information will be stored
on the NCWoodworker.net website server and all will be deleted after all prizes have been claimed.
9. Each certified entrant’s raffle numbers will be sent to them by email by 6:00 PM on 11/19/2009.
10. Scott Miller – North Carolina Woodworker, Inc. Events Director will receive a list of all the raffle ticket
numbers. He will ONLY receive the list of all numbers. He will NOT receive any other ticket-holder
information. He will then make individual paper tickets with those numbers.
11. Drawing of the winning tickets will be made by Douglas Robinson – President of North Carolina
Woodworker, Inc. or his designated representative during a luncheon on Friday November 20th.
12. The first winning ticket will be awarded Lot 1. Additional tickets will be drawn for Lots 2, 3 and so on
until the last Lot is awarded. Once drawn, tickets will not be returned to the drawing pool. Winners not
present will be notified by email or telephone and may arrange prize pickup, pay for shipping or allow
the North Carolina Woodworker Pony Express to deliver. If a winner decides they do not want a prize,
a new number will be drawn for that prize at a later date. All prizes will be awarded.
13. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Raffle: Douglas Robinson, Rob Payne, Scott Smith,
Travis Porter, Scott Miller, Stuart Nelson and Tracy Pardue (North Carolina Woodworker, Inc. Board of
Directors) or employees of any of business making a contribution.
14. All proceeds will support the non-profit activities of North Carolina Woodworker, Inc.

Jeremy, go ahead and buy tickets, you have 5 days and 7 hrs left.

Who knows, all ten of my tickets may not be winners, there may be a slight chance someone else could win something. :rotflm::rotflm::rotflm:
