Entire Woodworking Shop For Sale--Holly Springs

I lived in Holly Springs until we moved to the mountains. My subdivision was Sunset Ridge, an upscale, established development. We have maintained friendships with many of our old neighbors.

I have been contacted about an entire woodworking shop that must be dealt with by the widow of a woodworker. She doesn't have a clue what is in the shop except for "a lot of tools and wood". She needs someone who is woodworking knowledgeable to do a walk through and give her a general idea what's in the shop. I have not seen the shop, but based on the neighborhood and what has been relayed to me about her husband and what he made, I expect this to be a high level hobbyist's shop with quality throughout. She remembers how much her husband enjoyed his hobby and would like for the shop to go to someone who will get as much pleasure from it.

If you have an interest in the entire woodworking shop, or can help the owner get an idea what she will be offering, please contact me directly. I will put you in direct contact with the owner.

I'd be happy to help as much as a could. You're welcome to to get me in touch. It's possible it may be beyond the scope of something I could do by myself, but more info would be needed to figure that out.

Also, is she looking to sell this to a single person or just looking to sell everything in it?

Hey J--She wants to sell everything--wall to wall. A small group that coordinates itself is ok. What she wants to avoid is the stream of scavengers and resellers who try to take advantage of someone who is ignorant of what is really in the shop. That's what you get when your primary advertising is on social media--Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. That's why the process is starting with NCWW.

While I am not in the area, I have done this for widows multiple times. I have not sold a shop as a whole. Having said that I can help value the tools and supplies from a distance. If someone takes this on and needs help, drop me a line.

I live a couple of miles away from the Sunset Ridge and am willing to be part of the group to help evaluate and sell but is too large of project to do by myself.
