I was busy this morning installing six drawer pulls on the dresser I just finished.
I wanted to make sure that all holes and pulls aligned correctly when done
Well. Yesterday I headed out to Woodcraft for some supplies and came across a template for this very purpose($10.45). Got it home and then realized that the pulls were 96 and 128 MM on center and the jig wasn't predrilled!:BangHead:
Onto the old fashioned method of a plywood saddle that worked fine...
Besides not having the correct hole spacing, I didn't like the narrow wooden fence it came with.
Looked on the Rockler site and saw the Deluxe Drawer Pull JIG IT...
http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=16411&filter=delux drawer pull jig
Since I already had the template, a piece of T-track and a few knobs and bolts, here is what I came up with for use on future projects.
Saved myself about $25 over the Rockler version.
Please don't say anything to my Rockler friends about patent infringement!:eusa_thin:eusa_thin
