DQ listing on user profile should be static

It correctly shows me as No under discount qualified under User Settings, 4th tab, but it's not a static field - I could edit the text value in user settings. Hopefully I'm just modifying a meaningless bit of auto-generated text, and not impacting the actual variable, since that would be a handy back door to qualification.

It is NOT the indicator, just for display purposes. But still an emarassement.

BTW, at most after about an hour, it would have changed back to what it should have been.
