The hood\reducer came with the planer.

I can throw a test piece of pine through it, if you like, and record a short clip of that. I'll need to hook up my DC, first.

Oh, man, I'm sorry. I have the 735 (see 1.) and added the emoji to let you know I was kidding 'bout the wood!

I did learn that the 734 exhaust is way different for the one on my 735,

However, I'll have to write DeWalt again and ask them why they supplied a reducer with the old 734 but not with the newer, pricier 735 they sold me!
