can't access off topic forum

FredP, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

The blue tabbed menu was pointing to the old Off Topic Forum (forum #105), which has been sunset. I've updated it to point to the new Off Topic forum (forum #123). Thanks for catching this.
