Thanks for the heads up Scott, I am on the CPSC mailing list but for some strange reason :icon_scra I did not receive this recall notice until just now. :dontknow: In any case here is the official notice with model #'s and pictures: :wsmile:

Thanks Scott,
While ours is part of the recall, I think it would have shown the problem by now. Registered to get the adapter anyway...would hate to lose a house to a $10 fan.
