I received a statement and invoices from Klingspor for the raffle items billed to me personally. I have spoken to the book keeper there and requested she change this account name to NCWW, Inc. and send the invoices to my attention instead of billing them to Barbara Forman.
It is essential that when we set up accounts we make it clear to the vendors to what name the account should be in. It is also important that the vendors have our tax ID number. I'm not sure if all Klingspor stores operate independently so we need to make sure they all three have the necessary information.
