Nice one Alan, just goes to show that there is always another way. I was going to go the full lap joint road on my torsion box, but ended up going the DM way with the short pieces. What ever works....

For some reason I can't see the table pics. The trammel looks like a HUGE clamp assembly I saw in an antique shop at Beaufort last week. It looked to have been made from an oak 4 x 6. Old ideas are hard to beat sometimes.
