1st inlay

This is my first real attempt at inlay. The pattern is one I sketched myself. You may be seeing this in a finished project if all goes well!

I used a scroll saw to cut the pieces. Stacked the boards and set the table at about a 2* angle. Tried a couple angles before I found one that seemed to work! Inlay is some thing I've wanted to try for a while. I always thought it would be a larger scale! The inlay itself is about a 1/4". I do plan to incorporate this more in some future pieces.
