W.Oak Rocker FINISHED!!!

:eusa_danc I delivered the rocker in a rush this evening. I caught the recipient on her way out the door. I still think it was a success. I'm going to take daylight pics tomorrow, but here's the best I have yet.

W.Oak Rocker WIP pics

Hi there... Here are some pics of one of my current projects. It is an adirondak rocker made from 8/4 white oak assembled with walnut dowels(or will be soon) and through M&T. The back rest slats and seat slats will be walnut. It is a gift for a friend expecting identical twin girls. So I'm on...

W.Oak Rocker ???

Hi all, I'm starting a modified adirondac-style rocker for a friend pregnant with twins. I have a set of rockers, one of which I took apart and made templates. This rocker is attached with carriage bolts, but I intend to join with true joinery (dowels, M&T, lap joints). I got a bit excited...
