Assembling blanks and tubes

I have been using Gorilla glue for my wood blanks and have been pretty lucky. But am now starting to use acrylics... what do you guys use to glue the tubes in? Thick CA, epoxy< or what?

3 to 4 inch clear plastic tubes

In Raleigh area. I have checked at Piedmont Plastics. They are used in bird feeders I need about 10 or 12 ft.Thank you in advance. Dwight

7mm tubes

Anyone know of anywhere local to Lexington to where I can find some 7mm tubes for my pens - I need some 2.5 inches and all I can find is 2.0 - I found a place that sales 10.0 inches but I do not want to pay the shipping cost just for a few tubes

Best glue for pen tubes

Got my pen started kit the other day and it had a 15min two part epoxy with it to glue the tubes in - it is a mess to work with and it seemed like it took forever to dry enough to turn a pen (pixs later) what is the best glue to work with that will give you time to set the tube and not take...

Sun tubes??

Everytime I go into the shop and turn the lights on in the middle of the day I think what a great idea those "Sun tubes" would be to direct some natural light into the shop without putting in a skylight in which may let more heat in. Anybody used them, what sort of cost? easy install?
