Mom's Dragon
My most recent completion. The dragon is made from Bloodwood. The ''mountain'' is a free-hand cut (except where I outlined the claws) from white oak, and the base is two pieces of zebra wood. Mom was stunned.- Don Sorensen

The black dragon oval
1/4 inch birch plywood on edge-joined basswood plaque. I cut the dragon out, painted it, because the plywood just looked ugly. And then had to figure out how to best mount it.- Don Sorensen
