Speaker: Michael Joerling
Michael Joerling is a professional furniture maker from Chapel Hill and becoming somewhat of a regular at TWA meetings. He has operated his own studio near his home since 1984. He creates both commissioned and gallery pieces that are sold and exhibited across the nation. Besides creating beautiful objects in wood, Michael has taught woodworking classes over the last several years.
Michael will give a presentation on furniture design. He will outline how he goes about the creative process and interacts with clients on commissioned pieces.
