Whoever is doing that is using multiple machines with a layout of multiple parts and a single operator changing out parts...cheap labor swapping parts and mindlessly pressing a cycle start button.

I went to the site in 3 different browsers, and each time the timer reset to 00:59:59.

Edit: I let the timer run to 00:00:00, and it restarted
