As a follow up to the Beginners Scrollsaw Workshop by Berta on August 19, she is now offering to hold an Intermediate Scrollsaw Workshop. This workshop will be held on November 18 at my shop in Liberty, NC. It will be limited to the first six people to sign up in this thread. If more than six are interested we will keep a “wait list” in case there are cancellations later.

Who should attend? For the intermediate workshop, anyone who is getting ready to move to bigger and better projects.

What to bring? A scroll saw and a modest selection of blades. Berta will provide some materials to practice on, and there may be a small fee for those materials.

Duration? The workshop will begin at 10:00 and last approximately 4-6 hours.

Cost? There is no fee for this workshop. However, a $30 donation to NCWW is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated. As mentioned above, there may be a small fee for materials due to the increasing prices of wood.

What will be covered? This workshop will go beyond the basics covered in the first workshop. Compound cutting to make ornaments.
How to cut some other materials like card stock to make Christmas cards. Other materials like LP record albums to make interesting wall hangings. Participants will also make a puzzle.
