Paid the huge price for one of these buggers. I was not impressed as I could do my SOP quicker ( file, stone, rod from WBR) and the burr was smaller than I often make.
But, in a curved "paisley" scraper, it did the trick easier than SOP. So I guess I'll keep it. I would not buy it again however. Too expensive for the limited use.
BTW, tool testing I got the "crucible" scraper from Lee Valley. A lot of money for a scraper, but I found it does work as intended with less strain on your hands. Spot touch up would be the specialty. It came ready to use.
