7hp 3ph motor

Hi folks!

I aquired this motor during some horse-trading, but it's too large for anything I intend to do. Any interest?

That is a good size for a rotary phase converter. You could run it off 230v single phase and it would put out 3 phase.

Yeaaaahhhh, it came attached to a South Bend 16-6 lathe, so that's probably what it was used for. Eyes were bigger than my garage on both counts I'm afraid.
