You are precisely where you belong in the CAD/CAM forum as it is something of a catchall forum for computer aided design and manufacturing related topics. Don't ever worry about whether or not you have the exact right forum, if an admin or moderator feels a thread to be more appropriate in another forum then we will simply move at as a matter of routine housekeeping. There's no penalties involved if you choose the wrong forum, we simply move such when necessary for the sake of organization so parties may find your topic in the future.
