Shade tree auto mechanic needed

Well, after 200,000 miles on my 2003 Ford F150 I think my motor suffered catastrophic internal distress. Motor started missing on start up so twice had a coil and plug changed. Third time decided to run with it so after about 200 miles, oil lite came on (added 2 quarts) and then 10 miles later...

Good Subaru mechanic in Raleigh / Cary

Check engine light just came on in the Subaru. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead: It still seems to be driving the same, but it might be worth taking it to get it looked at. Anyone have any good recommendations? :help: About the only things I know how to do on a car are, put air in the tires...
