    Grounding wire added to the PRL frame. This took care of the problem of static electricity making dust cling to everything.

    The bottom drawer was designed to hold the Dewalt hand held in a base and just fits through the face frame.

    Added a drawer below the downdraft and had to notch the back for the DC elbow. It still holds the INCRA accessories with no problem.

    Finished and ready for use. These pics were taken in '03 when it was built. The cabinet has held up excellent and is still solid as a rock.

    Started adding the face frame and internal runners for drwawer slides. Notice the static build up in the downdraft. I later added a ground wire to the PRL.

    Build a downdraft box for the router. Found the funnel in a Woodcraft tent sale. It was actually labeled for use under a contractors saw.

    Added the INCAR PRL and PC 3-1/4 hp router. Added a top from Woodpeckers, saving the time to build one.

    Stringer joints Are dovetailed half laps, glued, clamped, and pegged. The right side feet are false. with the weight actually on the wheels. The left legs are on the floor except when moving.

    Added a swotched outlet on back for the worklight, and put the switch on the end. Also added a service outlet on the end. All frame elements were milled from poplar. Added a magnetic switch for the router motor.

    Close-up of the air chuck. Petcock for holding air and releasing when you're done moving the cabinet. We didn't want it to stick straight out and bang your knees.

    Tilt Drive assembly - Tilt DC motor is a 12v windshield wiper motor. This gave us two speed DC that could be reversed.
