WOODWORKING TOOLS FOR SALE

Afternoon, A woodworker in Lenoir passed away 2 years ago and his wife has the following items for sale along with a shop full of hand tools and hardware. In addition there is a large amount of scrap wood from 1/4 inch to 4/4 in varying lengths from white oak to cherry, only condition is it's free and you half to take it all ( will fill a large trunk).
Notable tools for sale are:
DeWalt Biscuit Jointer Great Condition asking 75$
DeWalt 12" Miter saw DW705 Great Condition asking 150$
Porter Cable Drum/Belt PCB420SA good condition asking 50$
Clark 6" Bench Grinder BT1002A Good Condition asking 50$
A Stanley Miter Station from the early 20th century, in ok condition, miter is good but the 20" saw has surface rust, make an offer.
Hardware, clamps, hand tools, and misc stuff - 50$ OBO will take it all, you pick up,
Everything is in the shop, all prices are only asking make a reasonable offer and its all yours, and if you want everything just ask she needs it gone.

Update Thursday May 9th, I went and took a close look at the hand tools, I did not find and hand planes, found pipe clamps, F clamps heavy duty, sockets, etc.
