    Wink Broken Gouge Handle-

I cracked a 14" Benjamin's Best handle on a 1" scraper. I can't locate who makes Benjamin's Best only retailers and none that have replacement handles. Anyone know where i can find a replacement?

Believe me, it was a nice catch. My elbow still hurts

    That's a lathe tool?

    Never made a handle?

+1 on making a new one, Brad. however, if you don't want to go that route you can always buy lathe tool handles in wood, aluminum, and titanium ($$$). It all depends on how comfortable you want to be.

    Re: Broken Gouge Handle-

Given that a new Benjamin's Best 1-inch scraper can be had for around $20 (Pen State) if it was me in this situation I'd just turn a handle from what I have on hand or buy a replacement scraper. I sure wouldn't spend any significant amount on a replacement handle for it.
