    Nursery Dresser Build

A little while back I completed the crib and I designed a dresser to match it. My wife's due date is July 12th so I've been working hard to get it completed. Not sure I will make it at this point but it's really close. I just have some staining, top coat and assembly left to do. Here are some pictures of the build process. I was really hoping to do dovetailed drawers but called an audible in hopes of meeting the deadline.

Looks like you're almost there. I like the joinery in the first two pics. You should put that in the monthly contest for best joinery.
I'll gladly tell you how I do something. Just please don't confuse that with the right way to do it, and almost certainly not the only way.

Thank you all! I actually added it this morning unfortunately I won't make the deadline as my wife went into labor today, but it shouldn't take too much longer to get it wrapped up and out together.

Congrats on the new addition. You'll have plenty of time to finish the dresser later!

Thank you all again! Yes I will definitely get it finished and hope it stays in the family for a long time to come. It's definitely built to last.

This morning at 5:30 we welcomed Isabelle Louise into the world! Her and Mom are both doing great. I appreciate all the kind words!
