I'm coming with Barry in his truck so we can haul away all our prizes.

Bonus: I get to sleep on the way.

I plan to attend, good food, fellowship and support for a great organization. Will be bringing my better half as well.
Not sure what she will be wanting to bring but will post that later.

I, for one, can hardly wait to see everyone again. My SWMBO has agreed to make a couple of Firehouse Cheese Cakes for me to bring.

Any help would be appreciated. (by the way, I am a dinosaur with no smart phone, gps, or any other modern witchcraft electronic device). Thanks, Rob Liles

Rob, since you've already identified US 1, I would take that until just north of Sanford. From there, take 501 north to Pittsboro. In Pittsboro, take hwy 64 east toward Raleigh. It's about 12 miles to the Seaforth area. As soon as you cross the first body of water (Jordan Lake) look for the Seaforth turn off on the right.
I'll gladly tell you how I do something. Just please don't confuse that with the right way to do it, and almost certainly not the only way.

My wife and I will be there. Will probably bring a dessert and a side, but haven't decided exactly what yet.

Quicker, shorter way. Continue on US1 north at Sanford. When you cross second river bridge (Haw River) take next exit (Pea Ridge Road.) At top of ramp, turn left, and go till road comes to a stop. Turn left, and at the stop light, turn left on US 64. Cross over lake, and Seaforth will be on your left.
