    Hello from wnc

Hi, my name is Bill and I have a woodworking problem. I find myself working in my woodshop anytime I can (which hasn't been much this year). If I am not in my woodshop, I am thinking of more projects, techniques, or tools I would like to have, especially at work. I have been adding to my tools for about 20 years and finally feel comfortable with having what I need....for the next hour or so lol. Ran across this group while surfing the internet and looks like a great group of people. I split my time between work, family, church, volunteer firefighter, smoking food, and woodworking. I am looking forward to the knowledge and experience of this forum. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to NCWW Bill! Really happy to have you join us. This is about the friendliest place on the internet, and you will find a n umber of folks from WNC that are a part of this group. Please note, we will be having a family covered dish get together on February 24 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Pleasant Valley Rd., Shelby, NC. It is easy to find, from Asheville take I-26 south to US 74, Tryon exit, east on US 74 until the Pleasant Valley Church Rd exit, south or right off exit, and the church is on the right. Bring the whole family, this is a time to meet and visit with other NCWW folks, share a great meal, and there are many free door prize give aways. Looking forward to meeting you.
