I think this is a gloat...

The bubinga guitar I'm building is for a good friend who's helped me a lot in this lutherie adventure I'm on. He kept telling me he had a collection of WW'ing tools ...he started years ago and quickly gave it up. I just assumed it was a few bits and pieces and never asked any question. He mentioned it again about a week ago and I finally asked what kind of tools he owned. He responded Grizzly. He said he'd make me an offer just to get them out of his garage where they had been since new....2002.

He told me they had not been used but two or three times since new....and they are in pristine condition, like brand new but with a little wear from sitting.

I ended up buying this whole lot for $700...I think I'm OK. Also a Craftsman radial arm saw not pictured....and a few Stanley bench planes that I couldn't find in the garage. I'm sure they'll turn up.

There are 15 of these total....

This is not the actual saw but the same model....also almost brand new.

What goes around usually comes around, so you must have done something good to deserve such a great deal. Real good.

Do a recall search on that RAS. That one has an older style guard which was recalled. I got a new guard AND a new table from the recall. It might still be in effect.

Thanks John...I actually didn't want the RAS and tried to leave it but was told it had to go.
