Re: EagleSC Pen blank builder.

Mike,
Thanks for posting that picture of one of Eagle's blanks. While he never reached the level of support others put into NCWW, he did make many of us better craftsman through his inspiration. Eagle was gifted pen turner and a master at his craft. His use of mixed mediums in pen blanks was innovative. He would gladly share advice, but kept many of his good tricks close to the vest unless truly liked you. He was also a strong personality, he either liked you strongly or he disliked you strongly, but he was a character for sure and a friend to many. Whatever you thought of Eagle he was a good man at heart and loved woodworking almost as much as his family.

Rest In Peace Eagle, you were a true craftsman. Jim

Willam "Eagle" Prisavage known on NCWW as EagleSC - August 15, 1953 - July 04, 2008

His signature line said it all....
A lathe is nothing more than a tool not a definition of what I am. I am not a "turner" just because I use a lathe. I am not a "table sawyer" becase I use a tablesaw. I craft pens using my brain, my eyes and my hands along with different tools.
Call me a pencrafter. Eagle 9/22/07

Please take a moment to view his picture gallery, he had true talent.

Re: EagleSC Pen blank builder.

Thank you Jim, I was hoping someone had that information. Not being a pen turner I was not in his inner circle but I truly admired his work.
