Where to buy aluminum plate in SE Wake ?

Picked up a RAS from Sully (Jay), but it's missing one of the lower leaf guards. I think I should be able to fabricate a replacement from aluminum since I can copy the one I have.

Does anyone have a source for cheap 1/8"-3/16" thick aluminum plate in SE Wake county ?

Somebody with a pile of offcuts would probably be ideal...

Check for small local machine shops. They may have the scrap you need and also be able to help fabricate that you need.

Hi everyone and thanks for the several offers.

Because the guards are curved, it looks like I need either 2 pieces @ 4.5" x 14" x 0.25" or 1@ 6.5" x14" x .25" - since I can 'nest' the curved cuts.

The current guards are 0.27" thick Al, so I better go with 1/4" Al plate for the replacement
