What type of cut is this? (And how do I do it?)

Can anyone tell me what type of cut this is called? And more specifically, where/ how I can learn to make this type of cut & assembly for a cabinet?

In this example the joint won't have or need the tenons. To make it, start with square stock. Put a 45° miter on the end, roll the piece 90° and miter again at 45°. Quickie sketch attached.
