What to thin with?

Hey guys my dad wants to thin behlen pore-o-pac grain filler. I looked up online and they make a reducer for it, but he's too impatient and needs to do it now! What could he use? I know it's oil based.

Out of curiosity I went looking for the MSDS sheet for the reducer and after a bunch of punching around it looks like the reducer is glorified naphtha.

Naptha is just a lower boiling version of mineral spirits so it evaporates more quickly. It's available at the BORGs.

Mineral spirits will work just as well, but the drying time will be longer so ya just gotta be patient, but that's an oxymoron given your original post. :icon_scra
