After a number of months of off and on work, I've finally finished my most recent project- a Trestle table. Its a simple table made of pine. It was my first attempt at breadboard ends...learned a lot.

This table will end up in my wife's non-profit- The Giving Tree Foundation (http://www.givingtreefoundation.org). She'll probably use/sell it and as with everything there, the proceeds will go to Wake Forest schools.

Thanks to the NCWW community who helped with advise on various aspects of this project! It was fun!

For a first attempt at breadboard ends, I'd say they came out pretty darn good. :icon_thum And knowing that something you made will go to help others is always special. :eusa_clap

great job. BB ends can be challenging. I learned several things making them such as my router fence was not 90 degrees to the table when I cut the groove and mortises...:BangHead:

Nicely done start to finish. Breadboards are a first challenge but turned out nicely. You brought your A game!
