Hope I got the spelling right. Randomly saw one of these on Google, don't even know what I had searched for. lol

Anyway, thought it would be cool to try and make one. Turned out pretty good I think.

I 3d printed a tensegrity coaster a couple years ago. Can't say I ever trusted it to put a full cup or can on... but they are neat.

Okay, I am officially intrigued! This is very cool...(still not sure how the top section seems to be defying gravity, very cool indeed).

John Malecki has a couple of videos on building these. Some of the language he uses is a bit unnecessary, IMHO.

The black piece in the center is connected to the white center piece by string, so it is what holds the top 'up'. The 4 corner strings are tensioned to hold the top piece steady.
