Surprise from Charles Dearing

I was able to cut a project that Charles Dearing was testing. I was just one of several people doing this. It is a layered design. I was very proud of myself! The patterns are called Layered Open Window Scroll Saw Patterns by Charles Dearing. They are for sale at

Mine:

Woods used; Cryptmeria 1/4” (bottom layer).
Red oak 1/4” (middle layer).
Baltic Birch ply 1/8” (top layer)

I purchased the Hardwood from Richard Moore Custom Sawing
The Baltic Birch from Klingspor’s in Cary
the project measures 15” x 10 3/4”

Those windows are flat aren't they? My brain tells me so when I look at the depth of the border but my eyes keep telling my brain its wrong.
