Slidin Miter Saw Advice

I use a Bosch GCM12SD and have for many years, as my stationary saw in the shop. It has been completely reliable. I once bought a Delta Cruzer after owning the Bosch for several years because it looked very attractive. However, it cut less accurately and felt less robust. The person who then bought my Cruzer was very happy because it weighed much less than the Bosch yet still could be used placed against a wall.

I also have the Bosch and was thinking dust collection might be better on the Delta Cruzer. Was it any better?

I have a Bosch miter saw (no Slide) and a RAS. Both of these machines sit close to a rear wall. I've been pondering some sort of DC system. Can't seem to come up with something that would work. What ideas are out there? I can't be the only one on the planet with this problem. What have you folks done for DC on like machines. I know this is a little off track, but marvinlee & mpeele's mention of wall and DC brought it to the forefront of my mind.
