I know that it has been mentioned before but I was wondering if anyone knew of a local service that I can send a couple of saws that I have purchased recently to get sharpened. Thanks and God bless you.
It's pretty easy to sharpen a saw yourself, just takes a little patience. If you want to stop by I can show you how to do it and what you need to do it with. I have a bench, files, saw set and a saw vise. Or if you just want to learn how to do it I need to touch up some blades I have laying around.
Raleigh Saw just ruined a back saw of mine. The only compensation was "no charge" also the last time they sharpened a 10" Freud it cam back out of balance. Vibrated badly when I tried to use it. They took it back and I got it yesterday. I have not tried it yet. Probably will tonight.
So something has happened to Raleigh Saw that is not good. Anybody know?
