Rough picture of my mantle clock

Very rough, no sanding but here is some pieces I have made. Should be able to start sanding and assembly this weekend.

You got the cuts on the arches just right, what method did you choose?

I traced the pattern from the full size plan to a sheet of paper, then transferred it to 1/4 hardboard. I think screwed the hardboard to the oversized window, us a jig saw to get the bulk out of the middle, and then used a pattern bit to make it flush. Worked like a dream.
