I purchased a Benchdog ProMax cast iron extension wing router table for my Sawstop ICS. The Sawstop ICS is 30" deep vs. the traditional 27" depth of normal table saws.

I searched the web for someone who had done this and I did not find anything. So away I went.

Impressive. :eek:ccasion1 Now for a thought spurred by the LumberJocks discussion (I do not have a membership there): There is one incredibly easy way to get the fence accurately set and parallel to the miter gauge... The TS fence! The idea is build brackets that quickly attach the router fence to the the off side of the TS fence, and add a micro adjuster to the TS Fence. This allows you to stay perfectly parallel, and to fine tune the profile.

As for having to cut the fence rails for the Router miter slot - I don't understand. I would not want to notch my rails either, but on my Rigid 2412 they are mounted low enough to accommodate the TS's miter slot, and I would expect the BenchDog's miter slot to be the same size - lay a straight edge on the whole contraption and make sure it's flat!
