Rectangular cabinets curved wall!

the project really started in the home where the cabinets were installed. However, my pics started here, this is template of the curved wall.

Rectangular, or trapozoidal?
Actually rectangular, I filled the voids between the cabinets with fillers. The radius of the curve was inconsistent so the angles and the widths of the spaces were the same. Now the differences are visually unnoticeable but the space was bisected for the angle needed to make up the fillers. Several long rips and a lot of glue and glue blocks.

Aside from how impressive the build and install is - and that is impressive - that finish looks great.
Any details on that? A sprayed lacquer?
