Puzzle from cross-stitch picture

Here's a puzzle I cut from a picture of my sister's cross-stitch. The effect is kind of cool.

Cathy, that one reminds me of one I got as a present back in the '60s. It was a black square, with a white circle in the middle. ALL the pieces were black on one side and white on the other! Since I was working for IBM, I couldn't take enough drugs to complete the thing :rolf:.

All seriousness aside, it looks like fun one for someone.
And is it a scanned photo, or have you cut through the cloth?

Getting more detailed :thumbs_up

Old calendars are a good source for nice pictures and they're usually printed on nice paper.
(maybe a NCWW calendar would make a good puzzle or two)
