Odd. If there are no axles and no wheels why is a title from NCDMV required??? These appear to be the grade school buildings that were removed from the elementary school in Dobson 2 week ago.

With mobile homes/trailers the axles and wheels just tack welded on so they can be moved from point A to point B. Then they are removed and reused. To trailer on the open road you need a temp NCDMV permit. If you hire a trailer moving company they would likely have the required permits. I think the wording applies more to DYI folks.
